What you will do
- Design and build tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows using decision trees and natural language interfaces.
- Configure and integrate the platform with CRMs (especially Salesforce and Zendesk), APIs, and other third-party platforms.
- Lead client onboarding sessions to gather business requirements, understand support processes, and define automation goals.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and liaison between client IT teams and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure seamless go-live execution.
- Provide training and enablement to ensure customers can maintain AI-enabled flows and reporting independently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, customer engineering, or technical project implementation.
- 2+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably within customer support or contact center domains.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-led agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and integration architectures (APIs, authentication protocols, middleware).
- Must be based on the East Coast of the US or in the UK.
- Proven experience working in a startup environment.
