TL;DR

Director, Product Management (IAM) (CIAM): Leading the CIAM product strategy for B2C companies within the Auth0 ecosystem with an accent on low-friction sign-up, login, and recovery experiences. Focus on driving conversion rates, scaling identity solutions for human and agentic personas, and mentoring a high-performing product team.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Bellevue, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC

Salary: $230,000 — $355,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and own the CIAM product strategy for B2C companies, aligned with Auth0’s vision and market trends.
  • Maintain and evangelize the product roadmap for multi-tenancy support, authorization, and enterprise federation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features that improve B2C conversion rates.
  • Engage with Fortune 100 enterprise customers to translate complex needs into elegant product solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2C Consumer Apps.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing product teams.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), including authentication and authorization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience using Passwordless Login, Passkeys, or Magic-link flows.

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer-focused platforms, CI/CD tools, and APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tooling to improve customer outcomes and streamline product processes.
