Salary: 113,000–150,000 PLN gross per year

What you will do

• Lead technical reviews of customer contracts under ASC 606, including performance obligations and transaction price allocation.
• Document revenue recognition conclusions in technical accounting memos and advise Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk teams.
• Research US GAAP and provide technical accounting guidance for revenue recognition matters.
• Prepare and post monthly and quarterly revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Participate in system implementation testing, including user acceptance testing and data validation.
• Manage controls documentation and support statutory and financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years focused on revenue accounting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience applying ASC 606 to software or SaaS environments.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency in researching authoritative accounting literature.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and Excel.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Familiarity with Blackline, Salesforce, and Alteryx.
• 2-3 years of Big 4 or national tier public accounting firm audit experience.
