Sr Product Manager - Payments Tax (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada). Requires 3 days in office once the operational hub is open (expected Q4 2026).

What you will do

• Translate marketplace requirements into generic tax platform capabilities and associated customer experiences.
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, legal, accounting, and finance teams on new products and global expansions.
• Lead the full lifecycle of tax product deployment, including design review, testing, launch, and reporting.
• Support Community, Customer Support, and Trust & Safety teams to address tax-related user queries.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business model, key tax positions, and obligations.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience, preferably in marketplace environments, compliance products, or product platforms.
• Conversant with modern technologies and UX principles required for global scale.
• Ability to balance technical and commercial savvy to communicate business impact.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence cross-functional collaborators.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.
