What you will do

• Drive the trading experience roadmap for Breakout Prop and hirify.global Prop, including sequencing and delivery.
• Define best-in-class prop trading UX tailored for professional derivatives traders.
• Lead product strategy for agentic and API trading to provide programmatic access to prop capital.
• Partner with hirify.global Pro engineering to build a trading experience native to the crypto ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the risk team to translate A-book vs B-book mechanics and drawdown rules into UX requirements.
• Set rigorous standards for trading features, including edge cases and post-ship iteration.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of senior product management experience owning trading or execution products.
• Deep understanding of derivatives trading, including perps, futures, margin, leverage, and order types.
• Proven track record of shipping complex, technically demanding features for professional traders.
• Technical fluency in reading API docs, understanding data contracts, and evaluating architectural tradeoffs.
• Experience with products requiring real-time data, such as streaming prices and live P&L.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflows or algorithmic trading.
• Background in API-first product design.
• Crypto-native experience or deep curiosity about the blockchain space.
