What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of core banking integrations and foundational digital banking features.
• Develop API definitions, data mapping documentation, and integration requirements.
• Act as the primary client-facing product contact during implementations and post-go-live support.
• Triage and resolve complex technical and workflow issues before escalation to engineering.
• Maintain and prioritize the JIRA backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across Implementation, Tech Support, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure operational execution.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management or technical implementation within fintech or financial services.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Hands-on expertise with core banking systems, ACH, payments, or system integrations.
• Deep technical fluency with APIs and data flows.
• Proven ability to independently resolve complex technical issues and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for managing high-level client relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience working specifically with credit unions or community banks.
• Computer Science degree or previous coding experience.
• Familiarity with digital banking vendors such as Q2, Apiture, Temenos, or Fiserv.
