What you will do

• Own security product strategy, deciding core platform vs add-on capabilities and evolution roadmap.
• Define and deliver governance layer including authentication, authorization, compliance readiness, audit logging, and policy enforcement.
• Drive supply chain security, runtime workload protection, and safe governance of agent-driven workflows.
• Work with customers, prospects, and GTM teams to translate security needs into product priorities.
• Partner with Security, Expansion, engineering, and leadership to execute roadmap and ensure developer-friendly security.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, security, and GTM for impactful capabilities that build trust and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with exposure to security, identity, compliance, or infrastructure products
• Think of security as product domain including strategy, segmentation, monetization
• Deep IAM knowledge (SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, OAuth) and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Experience in runtime security, supply chain security, or secure AI/agent governance
• Track record turning ambiguous problems into strategies with outcomes
• Excellent communication translating security to developer/product needs
• Product intuition for developer tools and security UX

Nice to have

• Hands-on with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace
• Experience at PaaS/IaaS/developer platform (Heroku, Cloudflare, etc.)
• Background in security/infrastructure engineering or GRC
• Products for regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, government)
• SIEM/log aggregation familiarity
