What you will do

• Serve as the global owner for billing operations, defining governance frameworks and scalable workflows.
• Review and approve standard and non-standard deal structures to ensure operational viability and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and billing risks to drive root cause resolution and reduce manual workarounds.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured, system-enabled solutions in partnership with IT and Engineering.
• Act as the central escalation point for complex billing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation to ensure process clarity and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in billing, finance, or revenue operations within a high-volume SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Proven expertise in process design, re-engineering, and operational scaling.
• Experience working with billing, CRM, or ERP systems such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with data tools including SQL, Snowflake, and BI platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets.
