TL;DR

Salary: $162,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the company’s annual operating plan, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks.
- Build and maintain integrated SaaS financial models, including ARR/MRR waterfalls, retention forecasts, and headcount planning.
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting packages for the board and investors, translating financial results into actionable insights.
- Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to evaluate investments, develop budgets, and measure ROI.
- Implement best practices to improve FP&A processes, tools, and data integrity.
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team to support a growing SaaS business.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- SaaS or subscription business experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Expert modeling and analysis skills in Excel/Sheets and experience with Power BI.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback period, etc.).
- Must be based in or within commutable distance to the Greater Toronto Area.
Nice to have
- Investment banking or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- MBA or a professional financial designation.
- Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Mosaic.
