What you will do

• Manage comprehensive collections for large, complex B2B accounts and develop escalation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and cash collection targets through data-driven analysis and reporting.
• Design and implement innovative processes to reduce bad debt and optimize payment outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of Escalations Enablement Specialists, conducting 1:1s and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer disputes and improve overall team productivity.
• Develop SOPs and training resources for new processes, systems, and policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite, Billing Platform, and Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex payment plans using critical thinking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
