Salary: $82,000 - $91,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage comprehensive collections for large, complex B2B accounts and develop escalation strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and cash collection targets through data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Design and implement innovative processes to reduce bad debt and optimize payment outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of Escalations Enablement Specialists, conducting 1:1s and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer disputes and improve overall team productivity.
- Develop SOPs and training resources for new processes, systems, and policies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading a team of direct reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite, Billing Platform, and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex payment plans using critical thinking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance team effectiveness.
