Salary: $152,400 — $253,900 CAD (Total Target Compensation)

What you will do
- Build and execute comprehensive territory plans to identify new business and expansion opportunities.
- Develop customer relationships using a mix of in-person meetings and virtual selling tools.
- Partner with VARs, distributors, and internal teams to maximize territory coverage via a channel-driven model.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and discovery to technical validation and negotiation.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate forecasting within Salesforce to meet revenue targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B tech sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record of managing full sales cycles through channel partners.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing capabilities.
- Ability to engage and align both business and technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or have a strong presence in the assigned Alberta territory (preferably Calgary).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
