Salary: $122,000–$195,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the B2B partner platform to enable scalable onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Orchestrate partner launches by coordinating timelines and dependencies across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams.
• Define and evolve core platform systems, including eligibility infrastructure and APIs for referrals and reporting.
• Build reusable onboarding capabilities and configuration layers to streamline partner setup.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Legal to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Track key performance metrics such as platform reliability and time-to-launch for new partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience focused on platform, APIs, or infrastructure products.
• Proven track record of building and scaling integration-heavy systems.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong program management skills.
• Strong technical fluency in API design, data systems, and backend infrastructure.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Strong systems thinking and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with eligibility systems, payer systems, or interoperability (e.g., HIEs).
• Experience supporting enterprise onboarding workflows and admin configuration tools.
