Salary: $180,000 - $205,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the platform and integration ecosystem in conjunction with senior leadership.
• Identify strategic platform investments to unlock new partner models, vertical expansion, and revenue streams.
• Lead cross-functional solutions to systemic friction, scalability constraints, and inefficiencies.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to align architectural direction with product strategy.
• Design scalable integration approaches, tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities for developer experience.
• Engage stakeholders to shape integration models and guide principled product decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with deep expertise in B2B platforms, APIs, integrations, or developer-facing products
• Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-year product strategy with measurable business impact
• Track record of leading multiple future-facing, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL), SDKs, authentication models, integration patterns, and system tradeoffs
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities
• Excellent communicator and systems thinker with strong sense of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience in proptech or multifamily industry
• Background as an engineer, solutions architect, or technical consultant
• Experience improving developer experience through tooling, documentation, and self-service workflows
