What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic approach for engaging with franchise and enterprise partners.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact, leading discovery sessions and presenting roadmaps to partner executives.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Business Development for partner solutions.
• Build scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks to enable the partnerships function to grow.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI tooling and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, product operations, product management, or strategy consulting.
• 1+ years of experience leading and mentoring others.
• Experience working with enterprise software integrations and APIs within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% annually to support partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with franchise or multi-location business models.
• Proficiency with product management tools like Jira Product Discovery and Confluence.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or Zapier.
• Analytical mindset capable of synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
