What you will do

• Partner with Product Leadership to define and evolve Multi-Disciplinary product strategy
• Own execution of key Multi-D roadmap areas from discovery through delivery
• Balance near-term ABA expansions with long-term platform investments for true multi-disciplinary care
• Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable product solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams
• Define and track success metrics for operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in product management, preferably healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software
• Strong understanding of practice management and care delivery workflows including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting
• Experience supporting or designing for multi-service or multi-disciplinary environments
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces with strong product judgment and execution
