What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between guests, team members, and business partners during charter flights.
• Coordinate and verify all trip logistics, including catering, fuel, payment, and transportation.
• Perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) duties, including aircraft security searches and guest screening.
• Manage guest check-in, verify manifests, and assist with cargo/baggage weighing.
• Handle all charter-related paperwork and reconcile trip expenses according to company policy.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, providing high-quality customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to complete and maintain Breeze required Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) qualification.
• At least 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience with a track record of resolving issues.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including reserve duty, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to be away from home for up to 7 nights and 8 consecutive days.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic computer/tablet proficiency.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and remain composed in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in airline or airport ramp operations.
• Prior experience in event coordination or project management.
