What you will do
- Process domestic and international freight bills, handle batching, and resolve discrepancies from carriers and customers.
- Document and maintain updated work processes and procedures for each customer account.
- Audit carrier freight invoices and perform month-end accrual reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding freight payment and operational needs.
- Provide call center assistance for routing, carrier assignment, and spot quote requests.
- Assist in the implementation process for new customers and build strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Philadelphia, PA for onsite duties.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including picking up and sorting mail (must be able to lift up to 30lbs).
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing specialized TBL Services software.
- Strong communication skills for frequent contact with employees, vendors, and carriers.
