What you will do

• Oversee the complete order lifecycle from placement to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate between internal teams, customers, and partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain SLA adherence by proactively managing queues and intervening in stalled orders.
• Build deep subject matter expertise in services, pricing, and workflows to guide operational decision-making.
• Investigate and manage escalations by identifying root causes and coordinating resolution teams.
• Execute daily workflows while identifying and surfacing opportunities for process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Must be located in New York, NY.
• Ability to adapt to continually evolving processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
