What you will do

• Supervise the customer-facing service team both on route and in-house.
• Manage hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of the service team.
• Oversee customer relationships, handle contract renewals, and increase internal sales.
• Maintain an efficient route structure and ensure driver compliance with regulations.
• Operate company-owned vehicles to visit customer sites and assist with product handling.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Active driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and walking.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a sales-related role.
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Prior training or instructor experience.
