Salary: $23.25–$31.81 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with RMA lead to consolidate operations into San Diego and process returns with <5 day turnaround.
• Perform hands-on evaluation, troubleshooting, and testing of returned hardware like tablets, gateways, and cables.
• Manage shipping/receiving, packing, and coordination with 3PL partners for Enterprise and Plus units.
• Maintain RMA cases in Salesforce and NetSuite, track inventory, and report failure trends.
• Identify process improvements, update SOPs, and support cross-functional teams on escalations and planning.

Requirements

• Must be located in eligible US states and work onsite in San Diego 5 days/week.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Computer literate with experience in tracking tools like Google Sheets and proprietary software.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Knowledge of parts nomenclature and ability to prepare inventory reports.
