What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs across Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Translate IT strategy into actionable roadmaps, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination within a matrixed organization.
• Establish program governance and provide clear reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Drive platform consolidation, tool standardization, and AI enablement across IT and business workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Broad expertise across multiple IT domains including systems, infrastructure, and security.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Must be based in the US to support occasional onsite collaboration at designated hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and HCM.
• Knowledge of AWS, Workato, and ITSM tools.
• Experience leading AI-focused initiatives and automation.
