• Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing high-quality customer support and guidance.
• Guide high-profile B2C creators (5M+ followers) and B2B clients through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

• Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proven persistence and diligence in sales or customer-facing roles (SDR/BDR preferred).
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups.
• Ability to guide customers patiently through a step-by-step sales process.
• Proficiency with CRM and modern communication tools.
