TL;DR

GTM Strategy & Operations, Activations Business Partner (AI): Driving product activation, user growth, and consumption for AI systems with an accent on GTM strategy and B2B SaaS operational frameworks. Focus on designing scalable activations operating models, optimizing consumption-based economics, and aligning cross-functional leadership.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (office attendance at least 25% of the time required)

Salary: $270,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and refine GTM strategies, motions, and sector focus to drive product activation and user growth.
  • Build and maintain customer value propositions, use cases, and activation playbooks.
  • Drive territory and account segmentation strategies based on customer characteristics and spend.
  • Analyze activation metrics and adoption potential to generate proactive strategic insights.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across RevOps, Finance, Product, and Marketing for alignment.
  • Optimize the activations technology stack and ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and BI tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in consumption-based or usage-based business models (e.g., API, cloud infrastructure).
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable activations operating models.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for building metrics frameworks and translating data into strategy.
  • Proficiency with GTM systems including Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth companies transitioning from founder-led sales to scaled GTM operations.
  • Background at companies such as Stripe, Twilio, Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
  • Management consulting experience with enterprise technology clients.
  • Passion for AI and alignment with beneficial AI development.
