Salary: $121,000 - $135,000 CAD

What you will do
- Oversee strategic product launches, ensuring alignment with product priorities and business objectives.
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and competitive intelligence for Sales and CSMs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally between Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Track adoption and revenue impact of enablement materials using data-driven insights.
- Develop a scalable, standardized framework for all commercially available product launches.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing enablement programs for product adoption.
- Strong project management skills to handle timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and GTM teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Capability to influence without direct authority.
- Must be based in Canada

- Experience with AI-driven sales enablement platforms and automation.
- Ability to present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams.
- Skill in crafting narratives connecting product value to revenue goals.
