What you will do

  • Oversee strategic product launches, ensuring alignment with product priorities and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and competitive intelligence for Sales and CSMs.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally between Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Track adoption and revenue impact of enablement materials using data-driven insights.
  • Develop a scalable, standardized framework for all commercially available product launches.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementing enablement programs for product adoption.
  • Strong project management skills to handle timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Capability to influence without direct authority.
  • Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven sales enablement platforms and automation.
  • Ability to present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams.
  • Skill in crafting narratives connecting product value to revenue goals.
