Senior Product Manager, GTM (Salesforce/AI): Managing the GTM systems roadmap and delivery across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and billing systems with an accent on lead-to-cash processes and system integrations. Focus on M&A integration, billing platform implementation, and optimizing the commercial motion for a high-growth AI infrastructure provider.
Location: Hybrid (Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA). Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card, etc.) for export control compliance. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.
Salary: $165,000 – $242,000

What you will do
- Co-own the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing requirements for Salesforce (Sales, Revenue/CPQ, Service Cloud) and billing systems.
- Act as primary liaison between Global Field Org, Marketing Ops, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to translate needs into BRDs and user stories.
- Lead business analysis for all initiatives, including process mapping, gap identification, and UAT facilitation.
- Drive delivery of complex programs such as M&A GTM integrations and Salesforce-to-billing system synchronization.
- Own and track success metrics (KPIs), adoption rates, and data quality for all delivered systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Business Systems Analyst owning GTM/Revenue Ops at high-growth B2B companies.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ, specifically lead-to-cash process design and quoting workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or equivalent customer support platforms.
- Strong business analysis skills, including BRD/user story writing and data mapping.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional backlogs and make prioritization decisions.
- Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce org consolidation in an M&A context.
- Knowledge of usage-based or consumption billing models.
- Familiarity with CLM (Ironclad, DocuSign), ERP (NetSuite), or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, CPQ Specialist).
