What you will do

• Guide day-to-day activities of the catalog management team to ensure alignment with business objectives and company policies.
• Ensure smooth and compliant Amazon platform operations, optimizing product listings with accurate descriptions and images for clients.
• Mentor and train team members, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and managing training curriculum.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align the Catalog department's efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Oversee project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards using tools like Asana, Vonage, and Trainual.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in customer support or customer resolution roles within an eCommerce Amazon setting.
• 1-2 years of experience in a senior role with thorough knowledge of departmental processes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of guiding team members to success.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work according to the 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
