TL;DR
Chief Of Staff (E-commerce): Providing strategic and operational support to leadership to ensure execution quality across the organization with an accent on cross-functional process improvement and OKR management. Focus on leading strategic projects from problem definition to implementation and coordinating back-office operations.
Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) — 3 office days / 2 WFH
Salary: 4000 - 6000 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring accountability, clarity, and execution quality.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition through to implementation.
- Manage the OKR process, including planning, alignment, tracking, and review.
- Coordinate budget planning and tracking across various company functions.
- Oversee back-office operations including HR, legal, finance, procurement, and risk management.
- Manage stakeholder relations and ensure clear strategic communication across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
- Experience with Business review, KPI, and OKR processes.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Vilnius.

- Experience in product, go-to-market, or business development projects.
- Experience leading commercial or product teams/operations.
