What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff.
• Orchestrate deployment of hirify.global tenants and Boomi Atoms in coordination with implementation engineers.
• Guide customers through technical integrations for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO.
• Run kickoff calls, host ongoing office hours, and triage technical issues in real time.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking using Asana and Microsoft Planner.
• Translate complex integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, and API behaviors for stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, CIS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner.
• Technical aptitude for enterprise tech stacks, including MS 365 and SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth).
• Practical experience with and curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
