Location: Remote (Global). Working hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Salary: $960 – $1,400 per month

What you will do

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and training schedules.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all pre-employment screenings and requirements are completed.
• Support new employees in their transition by providing necessary resources and information.
• Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience to implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the process.
• Assist with ongoing talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a talent acquisition or HR role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to work 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time (MST).
