What you will do

• Identify and submit reimbursement claims for FBA lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and incorrect fees.
• Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Analyze reimbursement trends to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
• Reconcile inbound FBA shipments and billing errors to identify discrepancies.
• Build, maintain, or improve automated reimbursement tools and workflows.
• Generate reports and provide insights to optimize the reimbursement process.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA operations, fee structures, and Seller Central reporting tools.
• Expertise in reimbursement claim processes and case filing.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication and reporting.
• Ability to work 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of discrepancies.
