What you will do
- Partner with sales and business intelligence teams to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor program performance and build dashboards to diagnose trends and recommend strategic actions.
- Manage and iterate on performance frameworks for Premier Agent partners to ensure scalability.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution, aligning stakeholders across Product, Analytics, and Operations.
- Synthesize complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance partner and consumer outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, or program management.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces.
