Billing Analyst (E-commerce)

Salary: € 2,408 - € 3,258 gross per month

What you will do

• Perform and validate billing invoice calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Group Finance, IT, Data Analytics, and Customer Support teams.
• Reconcile billing data with ERP and CRM systems to ensure data completeness.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including accruals and revenue recognition.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in existing billing processes and document SOPs.
• Provide billing-related reporting and analysis to Finance and Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent working experience.
• Established experience in finance, accounting, or billing areas.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large amounts of financial data.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius or Kaunas offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Jira, HubSpot, BigQuery, or SQL.
• Interest in building and scaling new financial processes.
