Requirements

• English: B2+ proficiency for clear communication
• Problem-solving mindset bridging business and technical teams.
• Analytical and structured thinking for breaking down complex topics.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Curiosity to question and refine requirements.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, process mapping, Jira, Confluence, Agile methods.
