TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Burnaby, British Columbia

Salary: $57,000 - $66,700 annually

What you will do

  • Maintain and administer the company’s SALUS Safety Management System.
  • Support COR audit preparation through organized documentation and evidence tracking.
  • Track and compile monthly and quarterly safety statistics and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and coordinate safety orientation modules and training completion for new hires.
  • Investigate and report workplace incidents, hazardous conditions, and policy breaches.
  • Prepare materials for safety meetings, presentations, and newsletters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Basic working knowledge of the OH&S Act, regulations, and industry standards in BC and Alberta.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, administrative skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety, compliance, or coordination role.
  • Exposure to COR or audit-based safety programs.
  • Current OFA Intermediate certification.
