Salary: $6,747.50 – $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Supervise, recruit, and train a team of 20-50 part-time student staff members.
• Manage the administrative judicial process and enforce residence behavioural standards.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for crisis incidents, facilities emergencies, and student concerns.
• Develop and implement educational, recreational, and wellness programming for residents.
• Act as an advisor to student residence governments and liaise with campus security and emergency services.
• Oversee the residence life budget and manage facilities-related requests for an assigned area.

Requirements

• Must be willing to live in assigned on-campus accommodation.
• Must be available for 24/7 on-call rotation and irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
