TL;DR
People Partner - Tech: Partner with tech leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design to co-create people strategies aligned with business goals, including org design, performance management, and change initiatives with an accent on high-performance culture and scalable growth. Focus on coaching managers, implementing core processes like performance reviews and engagement surveys, and driving improvements using people data insights.
Location: Hybrid IRL-first (in-person 3 days/week), must be based within commuting distance of company hubs (e.g., London, UK; Boston, US). Relocation support to hubs available for certain roles.

What you will do
- Partner with senior tech leaders to align people priorities with business goals, providing insights on org design, high-performance culture, and change leadership.
- Implement key people processes like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent planning across tech functions.
- Drive performance and engagement using data insights from people analytics, engagement results, and external benchmarks.
- Lead change management at functional level, including integrations, restructures, and operating model shifts.
- Coach and enable leaders on people topics, from performance and development to team dynamics and ambiguity navigation.
- Shape employee experience by embedding company values and acting on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in People Partner role in fast-growing tech companies, partnering with Engineering, Product, and/or Design leaders
- Strong knowledge of organisational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management
- Coaching mindset with excellent communication, influence, and commercial approach focused on impact and data
- Comfort operating across regions and time zones with international teams
- Experience developing and enabling leaders
- Bias for clarity, consistency, and care
