TL;DR

L&D Sales Enablement Consultant (HR/Sales Training): Designing and delivering learning programs to empower sales teams with an accent on onboarding, sales capability gaps, and advanced training. Focus on building learning pathways, creating sales playbooks, and measuring the impact of training through KPIs.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, US): 3 days in office, 2 days from home

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure rapid productivity for new hires.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and design targeted enablement solutions.
  • Build and maintain resources including playbooks, toolkits, and e-learning modules for the sales cycle.
  • Deliver expert-level training on consultative selling, strategic account management, and market positioning.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs using KPIs and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, L&D, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and recruitment industry or similar consultative models.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design blended learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring learning impact.
  • Must be based in the USA (Boston area) for hybrid office attendance.
