Associate Solutions Engineer

TL;DR

Associate Solutions Engineer (Identity & Access Management): Partner with sales teams to demonstrate hirify.global’s IAM solutions through technical discovery, product demos, and solution design with an accent on translating complex technical concepts into business value. Focus on building POCs, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with engineering and customer success teams.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area, California (excluding Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, or Washington

Salary: $132,000 — $203,000 USD OTE (varies by location, inclusive of base and incentives)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives through the sales cycle with technical discovery, demos, and solution design
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing hirify.global’s capabilities
• Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires
• Develop proof-of-concepts and solution architectures for customer use cases
• Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Stay current with identity, security, and cloud technology trends

Requirements

• 1–2 years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Consulting)
• Background in software development or hands-on coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, web technologies (HTTP, JSON, OAuth)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS and security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure
