TL;DR

Senior Solution Engineer (Revenue AI): Partner with sales and customer success teams to demo hirify.global's platform and advise on AI-driven revenue workflows with an accent on business value quantification and complex technical requirements. Location: Hybrid (Salt Lake City or San Francisco)

Salary: $174,000 - $205,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Work alongside Sales and Customer Success as the product expert, demoing the hirify.global platform to various users.
  • Act as trusted advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring they achieve business outcomes and quantify value from hirify.global technology.
  • Assist with business assessments like POCs and pilots.
  • Craft content for specific use cases and solution complex business/technical requirements in simple terms.
  • Support RFPs, questionnaires, and cross-functional collaboration to close deals.
  • Contribute reusable assets and share customer feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering (pre-sales) or relevant roles
  • Experience with sales technology: CRMs, cloud architecture, telephony/web conference systems
  • Understanding of data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs, webhooks, JSON (plus)
  • Understanding of SaaS security and privacy
  • Knowledge of key sales personas and workflows (forecasting, prospecting) in GTM organizations
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
