Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA (Office attendance required 3 days a week)
Compensation Range: $112K - $126K

What you will do
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to lead complex sales cycles for Enterprise, channel, and high-value Commercial accounts.
- Deliver compelling technical product demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead technical evaluations, pilots, and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements with customers and partners.
- Translate platform capabilities into tangible business value based on customer security priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to share field feedback and improve the product.
- Enable channel partners to effectively position and represent the platform.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing pre-sales roles.
- Experience supporting technology sales in SaaS or hardware-enabled solution environments.
- Solid understanding of L2 switching (VLANs, L2 vs L3) and Linux networking basics (IP/mask/gateway, redundancy).
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in the Bay Area to work from the Redwood City office 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security cameras, video management systems (VMS), or physical access control systems (PACS).
- Experience with business value selling or proof-of-value frameworks.
- Exposure to Fortune 1000 or large distributed enterprise customer environments.
- Experience enabling channel partners in a pre-sales capacity.
