FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze top-line KPIs including Booking, Churn, ARR, and NDR.
• Partner closely with Sales and BizOps to evaluate growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor revenue performance and pipeline health.
• Track actuals vs. forecast and explain variances with clear, actionable insights.
• Support executive-level reporting and presentations on revenue trends and outlook.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A background with emphasis on revenue and GTM analytics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
