What you will do
- Drive top-line revenue growth in the Life Sciences vertical by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts using AI product portfolios.
- Lead complex strategic deal cycles from discovery and solution design to negotiation and closure in enterprise environments.
- Develop and implement a vertical-specific AI GTM plan and scalable sales playbooks for global execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create vertical-specific narratives and thought leadership materials.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to shape AI-driven solutions and influence the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with senior executives, acting as a trusted advisor on AI adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of enterprise experience in SaaS sales, strategy consulting, or business development.
- Proven track record of closing complex SaaS deals exceeding $1M ARR.
- Deep domain expertise in the Life Sciences (Healthcare and Pharma) industry.
- Strong technical aptitude in AI, automation, and agentic systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience influencing senior-level stakeholders across business and technical domains.

- Previous experience specifically selling AI products or capabilities.
