What you will do
- Lead, grow, and coach a team of Enterprise AEs focusing on major healthcare systems.
- Own the full sales cycle for key strategic opportunities and serve as executive sponsor.
- Manage complex, multi-threaded deal processes and align stakeholder interests.
- Collaborate with marketing and ABM for targeted outreach and executive-level storytelling.
- Forecast and deliver results against regional quotas with strong sales discipline.
Requirements
- Proven experience earning trust from senior healthcare leaders.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and large, multi-layered organizations.
- Ability to build consensus across clinical, operational, and executive teams.
- Strong coaching skills to uplevel reps and sharpen deal strategies.
- Must be based in the United States.
