What you will do

• Own end-to-end partnership development with oncology navigation platforms, payer-facing care management, provider networks, and health data organizations
• Structure and negotiate agreements for API integrations, data licensing, referrals, and real-world evidence co-development
• Lead executive-level conversations and deliver tailored partnership proposals
• Map EHR, claims, genomic, and real-world data sources to identify high-value partnerships
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal on integrations, FHIR standards, and compliance
• Monitor competitive landscape and represent at industry conferences like ASCO and HIMSS

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare data partnerships, strategic partnerships, or business development in health tech, life sciences, or oncology
• Track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex data/technology deals in healthcare
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data types (EHR, claims, genomic, real-world evidence)
• Understanding of oncology care ecosystem including payers, providers, navigation, and trials
• Operational knowledge of HIPAA, health data privacy, and governance
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving global organization
