What you will do
- Own end-to-end partnership development with oncology navigation platforms, payer-facing care management, provider networks, and health data organizations
- Structure and negotiate agreements for API integrations, data licensing, referrals, and real-world evidence co-development
- Lead executive-level conversations and deliver tailored partnership proposals
- Map EHR, claims, genomic, and real-world data sources to identify high-value partnerships
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal on integrations, FHIR standards, and compliance
- Monitor competitive landscape and represent at industry conferences like ASCO and HIMSS
Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare data partnerships, strategic partnerships, or business development in health tech, life sciences, or oncology
- Track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex data/technology deals in healthcare
- Deep knowledge of healthcare data types (EHR, claims, genomic, real-world evidence)
- Understanding of oncology care ecosystem including payers, providers, navigation, and trials
- Operational knowledge of HIPAA, health data privacy, and governance
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving global organization
Nice to have
- Experience at oncology data/technology company
- Partnering with oncology navigation, value-based care, or payer platforms
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations and patient recruitment
- Network in oncology data or health tech partnerships
