Salary: $300,000 base plus bonus potential

What you will do
- Lead the full spectrum of go-to-market (GTM) functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Scale the commercial organization to achieve enterprise ARR growth and NRR ≥ 115%.
- Define and operationalize the Health AI / Precision Care category narrative to create market conviction.
- Standardize the motion from pilots to expansion and full enterprise rollouts.
- Personally lead and close tier-1 health system deals and coach executive sellers on process transformation.
- Partner with the CEO and present performance and strategy to PE sponsors and the board.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling healthcare SaaS businesses from $50M to $150M+, specifically targeting enterprise health systems.
- Success in commercializing AI or advanced technology solutions within forming market categories.
- Mastery of complex B2B sales cycles, including healthcare IT integration and clinical workflow adoption.
- Experience operating at "PE pace" with the urgency required for quarterly board expectations.
- Ability to attract and retain high-performing commercial professionals.
- Must be based in the US.
