What you will do
- Design and execute partnership strategies with pharma, biotech, CROs, oncology centers, and research networks across Germany
- Lead negotiations with C-level executives and provide market intelligence to global leadership
- Identify commercial opportunities in precision oncology and represent the company at industry conferences
- Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, KOLs, and internal teams to deliver on commitments
- Establish KPIs, manage partnership pipeline, and deliver business reviews
Requirements
- 5-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech
- Proven track record building high-value partnerships with pharma or healthcare institutions
- Experience in clinical trials ecosystem, patient recruitment, regulatory requirements
- Success in developing new markets or expanding in regulated industries
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related; MBA preferred
- Strategic thinking, relationship building, negotiation, analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience at digital health companies, CROs, or pharma partnerships teams
- Background in oncology, precision medicine, clinical trial technologies
- Previous roles in market expansion or regional partnership management
- Understanding of European healthcare regulations
