What you will do

  • Design and execute partnership strategies with pharma, biotech, CROs, oncology centers, and research networks across Germany
  • Lead negotiations with C-level executives and provide market intelligence to global leadership
  • Identify commercial opportunities in precision oncology and represent the company at industry conferences
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, KOLs, and internal teams to deliver on commitments
  • Establish KPIs, manage partnership pipeline, and deliver business reviews

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech
  • Proven track record building high-value partnerships with pharma or healthcare institutions
  • Experience in clinical trials ecosystem, patient recruitment, regulatory requirements
  • Success in developing new markets or expanding in regulated industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related; MBA preferred
  • Strategic thinking, relationship building, negotiation, analytical skills

Nice to have

  • Experience at digital health companies, CROs, or pharma partnerships teams
  • Background in oncology, precision medicine, clinical trial technologies
  • Previous roles in market expansion or regional partnership management
  • Understanding of European healthcare regulations
