What you will do

• Design and develop systems using Python for AI/ML-driven applications
• Build and integrate AI-powered features including LLMs, automation, and data pipelines
• Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights and functionality
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Optimize models, workflows, and system performance
• Stay up to date with evolving AI tools and frameworks

Requirements

• Proficient in English for remote collaboration
• 5+ years of experience working with Python in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or tools
• Experience working with data processing, pipelines, or model integration
• Experience integrating or working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks
• Experience with RAG pipelines, agents, or automation workflows
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience working with APIs and backend systems
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
