What you will do

• Build and deliver AI-powered features based on requirements from TPMs and Principal AI Engineers
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions with backend services, APIs, and application integrations
• Integrate LLMs into production systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for improved output quality
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to embed models into applications
• Participate in model evaluation, validation, testing, and deployment via CI/CD
• Troubleshoot and refine AI behaviors in production

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina for remote work
• Strong software engineering experience focused on backend development (Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs)
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Understanding of model evaluation frameworks and performance metrics
• Experience deploying ML models into production and working with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG
• Exposure to fine-tuning models or proprietary datasets
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience building scalable AI/ML systems in production
