What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, build scalable pipelines and infrastructure.
• Optimize model performance, conduct experimentation, evaluation, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Solution Architects.
• Stay current with ML research, propose improvements, contribute to reusable accelerators and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement learning, feature engineering, model training/evaluation/tuning.
• Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch; Deep Learning: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers.
• LLMs/GenAI: production LLM apps, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, LLM evaluation.
• Python advanced, pandas/numpy/SQL, ETL pipelines, Spark; MLOps: deployment, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, MLflow/W&B.
• AWS ML services (SageMaker etc.), GCP, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AWS stack (SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, Lambda).
• Deep learning models, taxonomies/ontologies, ML pipelines for complex workflows, Spark/Dask, Great Expectations.
