What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques to build intelligent systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to define AI solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive analytics models.
• Deploy AI models into production, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Research latest AI trends and maintain detailed documentation for workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Must be based in Brazil, LatAm, or the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI ethics and bias mitigation.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and computer vision.
